Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team & work closely with a major client in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient with outstanding communication skills, capable of working onsite at different office locations across Scotland. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clients IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Face of ICT provider within Aberdeenshire client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments of service delivery processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Gauge the user experience of IT systems and infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to IT service delivery.
Requirements:
- Background in Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Technical background with expertise in IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively onsite at various office locations across Aberdeenshire.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA are a plus.
- Good understanding of the business world/sales in an IT environment.
