Are you a dynamic, high-performing sales leader with a passion for AI and digital transformation? We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

AI Implementation Strategy & Roadmap – Aligning AI adoption with business goals. Generative AI Adoption & Enablement – Transforming workforces through training and enablement. AI-Enhanced Low Code Solutions – Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, D365, and Co-Pilot Studio to automate workflows and modernize legacy systems.
What You’ll Do
New Business Development – Identify and secure enterprise clients in Financial Services, Energy, or the Public Sector. Microsoft Solutions Sales – Drive sales of AI and Digital Transformation services, including AI-enhanced low-code solutions. Client Relationship Management – Establish and maintain C-level relationships for long-term partnerships. Go-to-Market Strategy – Work with marketing, technical, and partner teams to refine offerings and market positioning. Sales Pipeline & Forecasting – Manage and track sales progress to meet revenue targets. Microsoft Partnership Leverage – Utilize Microsoft relationships to generate leads and co-sell opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (business applications, cloud, AI, or digital transformation). Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding new business sales targets. Strong industry network within Microsoft and key sectors (Financial Services, Energy, or Public Sector preferred). Self-starter with a hunter mindset, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strategic & consultative sales experience in AI, cloud, or enterprise software solutions. Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
