JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Role
As a Senior Dynamics CE Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role within our Enterprise Applications pillar, utilizing your extensive Dynamics knowledge to drive impactful D365 projects.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a delivery team for Dynamics 365 projects, contributing to business function support and progression of objectives and processes.
- Collaborating with customers to comprehend and define their business processes, configuring their Dynamics CRM/D365 system accordingly.
- Providing guidance to customers on development or integration best practices.
- Assisting in configuration tasks, data migration, and comprehensive end-to-end testing.
- Conducting end-user training and ad-hoc coaching sessions.
- Designing and testing customizations within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform system.
- Active involvement in project go-live stages.
- Maintaining project momentum through regular communication with customers and/or project managers.
- Engaging in pre-sales activities, comprehensively understanding customer requirements, and addressing business challenges by building and presenting solution demonstrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Skills and Experience
We're seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:
- Significant expertise with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverses, and prior Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems (e.g., CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016, CRMOnline).
- Customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in facilitating customer meetings and designing solutions.
- Experience within the Finance Sector (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance) would be advantageous.
- Document creation abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering functional elements (customization and configuration without code).
- Competency in designing and validating technical elements (extension with code).
- Testing and validating solutions.
