Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile environments, specifically Scrum, and will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in fostering an Agile mindset, ensuring smooth project delivery, and supporting organizational transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile best practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of self-organization and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide teams through Agile maturity by promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Utilise change management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps to track and manage Agile projects effectively.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and provide training and coaching to teams on Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ensure Agile teams adhere to Scrum principles while being flexible to organizational needs.

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PSM II, PSPO, PSFS, or PSK).
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, specifically with the Scrum framework.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with change management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics in a consultancy capacity.
  • Exposure to SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
  • Experience supporting Agile transformations at an enterprise level.
