Our client, who work in the engineering space, are looking to add to their sales support function. We are looking for a fantastic administrator with great communication skills to join the team and be first point of contact for customer inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service as part of a team. We are keen to speak to people with little work experience looking for their first role like this, or perhaps this will be an experienced professional who has worked in a similar role. 

 

What will you be doing, day to day? 

  • Taking incoming sales inquiries and offering product advice
  • Preparing customer quotations, upselling and cross selling
  • Working with suppliers to obtain availability on stock
  • Ensuring everything is logged accurately on the CRM
  • Processing sales inquiries
  • Tracking orders via CRM
  • Handling customer complaints

 

In order to apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate impeccable customer service skills, as well as experience working as part of a team. You will have worked with a CRM or sales system before and have experience managing inquiries from end to end. The ability to work under pressure, with impeccable attention to detail is key to being successful in this role. You will have experience managing volume calls and complaints handling, as well. If you are applying and looking to obtain the upper end of the salary bracket you will also have experience working in a technical either engineering or manufacturing industry, in a similar role.
