We are supporting an established, young and growing charity organisation in their journey to inspire young people to want to achieve! They work tirelessly across the UK and beyond to create and initiatives and events that will impact the lives of young people and are seeking project co-ordinators to join their team. This is a role that would suit people who enjoy communicating at all levels, who can build relationships, listen to what is required and make things happen. It is an autonomous role and you will need to be able to be a self starter who is able to get things done. Speaking in front of a full room will be something you should be comfortable with as well as being able to influence others. The role is busy and fast paced and you will be required to wear multiple hats.

You will need to have a passion for making a difference to the lives of others and have experience of working in education or with young people and ideally have experience in overseeing programmes.
Key skills required include:
- Event Management Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent Software
- Familiarity dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Experience dealing with young people in a working environment
- Familiarity with the Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram etc)
- Experience of the Education Sector
- Good copywriting skills
