Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Manage and oversee the product development function, working closely with internal teams to identify future product development projects.
  • Plant Trials: Organise and supervise plant trials, ensuring appropriate coverage of personnel and resources.
  • Collaboration: Work with Continuous Improvement (CI) and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless scale-up of new products and processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to sales, customer services, and manufacturing teams to drive product innovation.
  • Material Knowledge: Stay informed on changes in raw materials, both from a performance and legislative perspective.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives with quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Chemistry or a related technical subject.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and setbacks effectively.
  • Passion for working in a collaborative and development-focused environment.
  • Experience in NPD or process engineering would be an advantage.
