Following a successful 2024 and looking to an even more exciting 2025, Perceptive Communicators are seeking an Account Executive to support our team in delivering high quality results-focused campaigns. We are looking for someone with the drive to help them continue to out-perform the sector.

What will you be doing, day to day?

• Write and distribute news releases on behalf of clients and Perceptive
• Create written, image and video content for social media, presentations, reports and documents to a high standard using tools like CANVA
• Support Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver PR, communications and social media strategies for clients to help them achieve their organisational goals within the allocated resources and budget
• Proactively identify and help deliver media opportunities from editorial calendars, including creating new opportunities for clients and Perceptive
• Manage status reports, agendas and call notes for client accounts
• Research and monitor industry trends and issues for our specialist sectors of science, technology and built environment
• Work with best in class media monitoring and distribution software to create effective media databases and capture coverage efficiently
• Create and maintain relationships with target media on behalf of clients
• Support Perceptive profile raising, including identifying relevant events, speaking and media opportunities and opportunities on social media

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a PR and communications role, ideally from an agency environment. It goes without saying the impeccable written skills are key, along with the utmost attention to detail. You will be an energetic, team player, someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid to try new things in order to deliver great results. An interest in public affairs and politics would be useful, stepping into this role.
