Power Platform Analyst 

Reporting To: Senior Consultant

Location: Preferred: Glasgow Open to: Remote (UK-based) or London

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

Role Overview

As a Power Platform Analyst, you will assist in delivering innovative solutions alongside experienced consultants. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, offering a structured pathway to progress into a Junior Consultant role within approximately one year.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

  • Assist in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Support customization and configuration of applications to meet business needs.

  • Participate in solution testing and deployment.

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements.

  • Analyse processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Testing and Deployment

  • Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure quality solutions.

  • Support deployment activities for smooth implementation.

  • Help create user documentation and training materials.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Contribute to product demonstrations and presentations.

  • Assist in showcasing Power Platform capabilities to potential clients.

  • Work with the pre-sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyse business processes and data.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving issues effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Desirable Skills

  • Technical Exposure: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or Dynamics 365 is beneficial but not required.

  • Interest in AI: Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their business applications.

  • Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team environment.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving project needs.
