Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Glasgow City Centre – Hybrid working (3 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £50,000

With a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions, they are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Glasgow.

This is a UK wide company with a formidable team of several hundred employees and ambitious plans to expand by an additional 50 in the upcoming year. The Role:

You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing their marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. You will work as a senior figure in a small team of marketing professionals and working closely with various internal stakeholders to create and implement effective marketing campaigns. They’re seeking a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and leader who can drive their marketing efforts to the next level.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Align marketing strategy with overall business strategy, focusing on key verticals and the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for the business, emphasizing strategic initiatives and quality output.
  • Execute an integrated marketing schedule, creating adaptable content for key sectors and customers.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for promoting the business through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align plans, messaging, and activities.
  • Utilise the partner ecosystem, especially their relationship with a major tech provider, for coordinated marketing activities.
  • Manage inputs from internal and external sources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Set targets, measure, and report on marketing activity and performance.
  • Analyse results continuously, refining strategies and sharing best practices within the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Circa 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in B2B SAAS marketing.
  • Strong background in high-performance marketing operations.
  • Expertise in brand, campaign, digital, content, and events management with a focus on demand/lead-generation from outbound marketing.
  • Experience with CRMs, CMSs and Reporting tools.
  • Creative thinker in campaigns, offers, market positioning, and messaging; exceptional communication and attention to detail, with effective workload planning abilities.
  • Preferred: Marketing degree or professional qualification.
  • Preferred: Experience with SEO.
