The Role:
- Perform Planned, Preventative, and Reactive Maintenance across the site
- Ensure continuous and safe operation of plant equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis for machinery failures
- Improve equipment uptime and prevent future breakdowns
- Manage and maintain PPM schedules
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations
- Maintain accurate reports and inventory records
- Implement best practices within the maintenance department
- Coordinate contractor call-outs
Skills Required:
- Multi-Skilled Time Served Engineer
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong technical competence
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions without direct supervision
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for innovation
