What The Opportunity Looks Like
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact when one of our users has an IT issue. You will provide technical support on a wide range of issues ranging from application support to server/network problems. You will need to be able to work under pressure in a professional and timely manner and you should be enthusiastic, approachable and interested in new challenges.
- You will work closely within a small IT department supporting numerous teams throughout Whyte and Mackay.
- First point of contact within the IT Department.
- Administration of Active Directory, helpdesk cover, workstation deployment, image management and default security setup.
For This Role We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar 1st line support role.
- Knowledge of working with core Microsoft network technologies and Office365.
- Understanding of technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANS etc.
- Understanding of basic cyber security concepts.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
