In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining, promoting, and encouraging the highest levels of service. You will carry out projects both onsite and remotely depending on the nature of the project. Additionally, you will support and encourage colleagues with various issues and queries, ensuring effective communication while working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, promote, and encourage the highest levels of service.
- Encourage and support colleagues with an array of issues and queries as required.
- Ensure effective communication with colleagues whilst working in a team and independently.
- Create & maintain thorough system documentation (in progress & final) when delivering projects.
- Maintain a valid UK driving licence – on site work is part of this role.
Technical Knowledge Required - must have at least 3 years’ experience to apply:
- Microsoft Technologies: Including but not limited to Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Intune, Entra ID etc.
- Networking: Understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN & VLAN networking with experience in network infrastructure such as Fortinet, Unifi, HP, Meraki, etc.
- Virtualisation: Experience with Hyper-V & VMWare.
Project Work:
- Remote & on-site project work, including installation & configuration of various infrastructure, applications, networking, and endpoint solutions.
