Insolvency Consultant 
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + benefits

A well-established global SaaS provider with over 40 years of experience in delivering tailored software solutions is seeking an Insolvency/ Subject Matter Expert  to join their Glasgow-based team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define user requirements and identify areas for improvement within the TPS application.
  • Contribute to the manual testing of new features and fixes to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Provide first-class client support by addressing and resolving support tickets in a timely and effective manner.
  • Adapt to shifting business priorities, engaging across diverse focus areas as required.
  • Engage flexibly in a variety of tasks, recognising that no two days will be the same.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with IPS Cloud or IPS SQL platform.
  • Cashiering experience is desirable, particularly if it provides transaction-specific knowledge within the IPS application.
  • Strong interest in technology with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with prior data analysis experience considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex ideas.
