Nine Twenty are partnering with a renowned family ran business here in Scotland, who are actively seeking a information Security Leader to join their team based in Cumbernauld. As a Information Security Leader, you will oversee and implement a comprehensive Information Security Management programme to safeguard valuable information and technical assets. Ensure seamless alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies, guaranteeing the highest level of data protection and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing security standards and controls across the Company
- Leading IT Security on the Technical Governance Forum and providing expert advice on security and compliance matters
- Conducting annual security assessments with KPMG to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with standards
- Monitoring security trends, reporting to the Executive Team and Audit Committee as needed
- Responding to and resolving security incidents within SLAs
- Reviewing and approving change requests with potential security impact
- Collaborating with projects, IT, and the business to develop proactive responses to security risks
