The Opportunity
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for transforming HR processes through cutting-edge technology? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to design and drive the delivery of an advanced Human Capital Management (HCM) project. This role is pivotal in providing a modern and intuitive HR solution aimed at enhancing service, driving process efficiency, and delivering an exceptional experience for both the HR team and employees across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of the HCM project, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Technology Utilisation: Critically evaluate and recommend digital solutions to optimize operational efficiencies, enhance employee experiences, and support a high-performing, employee-focused culture.
- Unified HR Solution: Implement an integrated system for managing HR data, functions, and processes, addressing current inefficiencies, and maximizing productivity throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Governance & Stakeholder Management: Establish a robust governance framework, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are met within budget and on time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Global HR Upskilling: Develop a strategy to upskill the Global HR function and foster a shift towards digital readiness.
- Automation & Data-Driven Processes: Create automated, data-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Training & Process Development: Develop and implement training materials and processes for all system users.
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with relevant teams to design and implement reports, dashboards, and KPIs for tracking performance and informing business decisions.
- Change Management: Employ change management methodologies to engage stakeholders, foster a digital-first mindset, and execute an effective communication plan.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects within HR.
- Strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in HCM systems and a deep understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
