A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with a performance-led marketing agency that has clients across the US, MENA, and Asia-Pacific. They are a Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Partner, and Facebook Marketing Partner. The business is currently going through a period of global expansion and is looking for an Digital Account Executive to join its specialist team in an exciting time.
This role is based within Glasgow and will be a hybrid working model.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing clients at the top level. Understanding general performance and being aware of new developments or issues.
- Onboarding new clients and brands – then smoothly handover to the technical team.
- Develop strong relationships with clients – the company has built one relationship at a time so it’s Imperative the clients feel loved, and results are delivered.
- Creating proposals for new clients. Understanding budgets required for campaigns & how to benchmark CPAs.
- Selling digital marketing service to new leads, being able to pitch and sell services.
- Upselling new products & services to new and existing customers. Understanding digital and why new services would benefit customers.
- Dealing with client feedback on campaigns & team performance.
- Delivering workshops – help to build confidence at all levels of the company as well as build stronger client relationships – workshops will be delivered internally and externally to foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in digital/account management/paid media – there is flexibility.
- You’re have a love for the world of digital and paid media
- Experience working to sales targets
- Very strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns – Ideally, you’ll have managed campaigns in the past.
- Understanding of analytics, reporting + excel.
- Desire to innovate and improve performance.
- Experience in upselling to clients.
- Strong presentation skills.
- You invite constructive criticism and respond positively to feedback.
- Appreciation of and commitment to champion the company values.
