Role: Data/ BI Analyst
Location: South-East London (hybrid 3/2)
Salary: £60-75k
Summary

They are now seeking a highly skilled BI Analyst with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools to join the team. Role
- Develop, implement, and optimize data models in BigQuery to support business reporting and analysis
- Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, ensuring they are intuitive and accurate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies and decision-making
- Provide technical expertise in business intelligence best practices
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with data models and dashboards, optimising queries and data processes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BigQuery, Looker Studio and other relevant technologies
- Train and support end-users in accessing and utilising BI tools effectively
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence
- Degree ideally in Mathematics, Economics or related quantitative field
- Strong SQL skills, expertise writing complex SQL queries
- Extensive experience building dashboards in Looker Studio and BigQuery,
- ‘Do-er’ and a team mentality personality
Desirable:
- Any programming knowledge of R, Python or other
- Tableau and Power BI experience
- Some Data Ops / DevOps
