Nine Twenty Business Services are working with our e-commerce client who has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to become part of their well-established entrepreneurial business, based in Edinburgh.
Our client has been trading since 2010 and they are simply, the market leader and most advanced in their business.They are looking for someone passionate about customer service, as this is at the very heart of the company, to help drive their business forward on an international scale.
Successful candidates will demonstrable experience in customer service management and will drive the customer service process, manage, train and develop an already existing and expanding team, by distributing workloads, offering online support to customers, ensuring your team adhere to SLA’s and deliver the best service possible.
To be selected for the process you must be able to demonstrate the following;
- A real passion for world class customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- You will be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Possess a dynamic, passionate and driven nature
Previous experience in an e-commerce customer service or technical environment is advantageous, but not essential.
