We are Incentive Games, and we are looking for someone to become our Commercial Manager

Who are we looking for? Someone who will: 

  • Take control and organise the current proposal to contract signature process.
  • Work closely with our salespeople.
  • Monitor and feedback on the commercial landscape of the industry.
  • Facilitate sales calls, generate proposals and negotiate commercials with potential and existing clients.
  • Liaise with our lawyers to turn the agreed proposals into contracts.
  • Communicate commercial, contract and legal issues to the executive team.
  • Facilitate the handover of finalised contracts to the product/project team.
  • Be very diligent, organised and has great attention to detail.
  • Edit and review legal contracts with help from our lawyers and exec team
  • Have good industry experience and is commercially astute.

Job Brief 

We’re looking for you to join our team as the Commercial Manager, reporting to the CEO. You will not only play a crucial role in overseeing the continued process of proposals to signed contracts but also have a role in handing over the jobs to the product/project team upon signing new deals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to generate proposals for potential and existing clients.
  • Manage the Monday.com board for proposals and contracts.
  • Attend sales calls in person and via video with existing and potential clients as well as internal sales calls.
  • Build new and existing relationships with people within the gambling industry.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to help generate sales/marketing material for existing and upcoming products.
  • Attending and speaking at industry conferences.
  • Take contracts to completion when commercials have been agreed upon.
  • Use your experience to review contract templates regularly to determine whether areas of the contracts can be improved (with legal assistance).
  • Starting with our contract template and editing accordingly to match the terms of the proposal and of discussions with the client.
  • Liaising with our lawyers and the other contracting parties’ lawyers to complete the contract process.
  • Present progress of contracts/proposals to the executive team.
