Business Development Manager – AI & Microsoft Solutions

 

Are you a proactive and ambitious individual looking to grow your career in sales within the AI and digital transformation space? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and initial client engagement for cutting-edge AI and Microsoft solutions.

 

About the Role:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, qualifying leads for the senior sales team.
  • Communicate the value of AI-driven digital transformation and Microsoft solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to leverage campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and uncover new opportunities.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in a Microsoft Partner.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in outbound sales, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Interest in AI, cloud computing, or Microsoft business applications is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
