Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bellshill

Salary: £35,000 with OTE £65,000

 

NVT Group are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This new team member will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

  • Reporting and Documentation

 

Requirements:

  • High school National 5 or equivalent in English, Maths and Computing Science.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in IT Services or Consultancy services would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
