We are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in their recruitment of bottling maintenance technicians for their busy and fast paced plant outside of Glasgow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete and review routine inspections and preventative maintenance on bottling machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime and increase throughput at the correct quality standards.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently according to company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance equipment performance and optimise efficiency.
- Use our Computerised Maintenance Management System (IFS) to maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure that safe working practices and quality procedures are strictly followed to ensure compliance with HMRC, environmental legislation and ISO requirements to produce a safe product.
- To provide technical support to ensure maximum efficiency from production and engineering assets, ensuring planned and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Build and maintain key relationships with bottling, vat hall and site services maintenance personnel, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring objectives are implemented throughout site.

This is a shift position working over early/back/night Monday to Friday.
