Last year Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing were extremely proud to be Platinum sponsor for the first ever CeeD industry Awards.
Both CeeD and my business work to similar ethos and values, so it was a natural move for me to support another business who are so focused on helping the manufacturing and engineering industries to progress.
The 2019 Awards were was a huge success with over 500 attendees from over 170 businesses, and the atmosphere in the room really did feel special. We heard some inspirational stories from the industry and celebrated with well-deserved winners on the night.
Since that evening, I have heightened my love and passion for CeeD, and was delighted to join their board earlier this year. Our board have been working hard with the CeeD team to continue to offer knowledge sharing, training and networking groups to help companies innovate and overcome problems. We have a fantastic leadership community that come together regularly, and we also have our growth 500 programme which continues to flourish and we have planned even more for 2020 and beyond.
Time has flown by and I can’t believe our next awards will be here in the blink of an eye. The event will be held in the Glasgow Hilton in February 2020 and Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are proud to support the event as silver sponsor.
We have planned a great night and want to get everyone together for an evening of celebration, inspiration and sharing some of our industries great achievements. Our sector is tough and we continually face challenges, but we love the industry and problem solving is what we do and what we’re great at. So, let’s take a night to forget all that, let’s focus on the future, let’s focus on who is going above and beyond, who is innovating, and who is pushing sustainability. More importantly, let’s come together to celebrate.
Last year felt special, but I believe we can make it even better it this year and I look forward to celebrating with you on the night.
