Alan’s role as the Non-Executive Director of the Technology business is to support Gordon and Chris in both the development and growth of Nine Twenty, together with their own development as business leaders.

The relationship with Nine Twenty started in 2014, following the management buyout led by Gordon Brown. Alan has been involved in a board support role ever since. Alan's background in running/owning recruitment businesses has been beneficial to the board of Nine Twenty as the organisation continues to grow. In general, Alan is an all-round support to senior management and a key member of the team.
