Ricky is an experienced Technical Recruiter with more than 5 years’ experience covering sectors such as Offshore Wind, Geotechnical, IT & Technology and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Having spent almost 2 years in the Nine Twenty Tech & Digital team, Ricky returned to Nine Twenty to work with the Engineering & Manufacturing team in November 2024.

Ricky enjoys the relationships that he develops with candidates and clients, as well as the satisfaction of knowing that he is helping people find the next step in their career and helping clients find the right staff to help grow and develop their company.

Outside of the office, Ricky spends time with his 2 kids and is an avid gamer and football fan.
